Shipping rates & delivery times

Orders placed at Sir Pickleball ship from the United States. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

United States

• Economy, orders $75 and up: free, 5–8 business days
• Economy, orders under $75: $6.00 up to 5 lb / $19.90 for 5–70 lb, 5–8 business days
• Standard: $6.90 up to 1 lb / $9.90 for 1–5 lb, 3–4 business days

International

We ship to 26 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. International rates are calculated at checkout through DHL Express and USPS international services. Duties and taxes for your country are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing time

We aim to get your order out the door within 1–2 business days. Delivery times above start once your order ships and do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers near Bunnell, Florida.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges to resend.

Our return policy

We want you to buy with confidence. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
• Paddles: once a paddle has hit a ball or been played with, it is considered used and cannot be returned, unless it arrived defective or damaged.
• Shoes: you may try them on indoors on a clean, dry surface. Shoes worn outdoors or on a court cannot be returned. The original shoe box must remain undamaged and must be packed inside a separate shipping box, never used as the shipping carton itself.
• Only items purchased directly from Sir Pickleball are eligible for return.

Return authorization required

Email michael@sirpickleball.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return before sending anything back. Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.

Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind: you pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Our mistake or a defect: if we shipped the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

We inspect every return. Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, based on the price you actually paid.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale on their product page cannot be returned, except when they arrive damaged or defective. Regular sale and promotional items are returnable like any other item.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Most paddles also carry a manufacturer warranty, and we are happy to help you navigate it after the return window.

What we cannot accept

• Returns sent without authorization
• Used, worn, modified, damaged, or incomplete items
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
• Abuse of this policy, such as excessive returns or deliberately damaged items, may result in future returns being refused.
