Franklin Sports is continuing to raise the bar for competitive pickleball by introducing the all new C45 Carbon Fiber Paddle. Featuring a 14mm thick core, this paddle features an elongated 5.7in handle with 4.3in handle circumference (weight range 7.6-7.9oz). The C45 is a hybrid paddle that offers a multitude of different technologies, giving each player a combination of supreme control and full power on the court. The C45 is constructed with a DOUBLE thermoformed unibody frame. This process is exceptional because it helps to fully enhance the structural integrity of the paddle itself and reduce vibration. The additional thermoforming process is one of the many reasons our paddle is different than the rest. The large inner foam channel allows the C45 to stay structurally sound while also keeping the polymer core in tact, no crushing here! Players will feel the incredible pop coming from the paddle but also feel fully in control. The carbon fiber surface layer is applied as a 45 degree peel ply texture. The 45 degree angle provides a superior amount of grit and spin right off the surface, giving players an incredible amount of power and speed right off the paddle. - DOUBLE THERMOFORMED: The C45 is constructed using a double thermoforming process. This process helps to ensure the integrity of the paddle by enhancing the structure, not once but twice. This brings strength to the unibody design and helps to reduce vibration.
- 45 DEGREE CARBON SURFACE: The T700 Carbon Fiber is applied as a peel ply texture at a 45 degree angle. T700 creates a naturally textured surface, however laying it at a 45 degree angle provides a true consistent texture throughout the entire paddle face, maximizing spin potential. Players will feel a supreme amount of grit and spin immediately.
- POWER FLEX : Our special Power Flex 14mm Core is crafted with precision to keep our core fully intact. The premium inner foam layer gives players premium pop on the court while also providing the paddle with structural integrity.

We ship to 26 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most of Europe. International rates are calculated at checkout through DHL Express and USPS international services. Duties and taxes for your country are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We aim to get your order out the door within 1–2 business days. Delivery times above start once your order ships and do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges to resend.

Our return policy
We want you to buy with confidence. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- Paddles: once a paddle has hit a ball or been played with, it is considered used and cannot be returned, unless it arrived defective or damaged.
- Shoes: you may try them on indoors on a clean, dry surface. Shoes worn outdoors or on a court cannot be returned. The original shoe box must remain undamaged and must be packed inside a separate shipping box, never used as the shipping carton itself.
- Only items purchased directly from Sir Pickleball are eligible for return.
Return authorization required
Email michael@sirpickleball.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return before sending anything back. Items returned without authorization cannot be accepted.
Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind: you pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Our mistake or a defect: if we shipped the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
We inspect every return. Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, based on the price you actually paid.
Final sale items
Items marked Final Sale on their product page cannot be returned, except when they arrive damaged or defective. Regular sale and promotional items are returnable like any other item.
Damaged or defective items
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Most paddles also carry a manufacturer warranty, and we are happy to help you navigate it after the return window.
What we cannot accept
- Returns sent without authorization
- Used, worn, modified, damaged, or incomplete items
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Abuse of this policy, such as excessive returns or deliberately damaged items, may result in future returns being refused.
